Core and Balance Training package is designed to help people increase hip and core strength while improving balance. This package is for people looking to focus on improving their balance and core strength. Benefits of core and balance training include improved posture, increased protection and “bracing” for your back, greater balance and coordination and less injuries. Each session is 60 minutes and will focus on these areas of core and balance training:
