Flexibility and Mobility Training package is designed to help individuals improve their ability to increase muscle length and to move actively through a range of motion. This package is designed for anyone looking to improve their flexibility, has a job that requires excessive sitting or for injury prevention. Each session is 60 minutes and will focus on these areas of flexibility:
