INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Individual Training is ideal for those looking for 1-on-1 guidance toward achieving a specific goal. The Individual Training packages are: Introduction to Fitness, General Fitness, Flexibility & Mobility, Core & Balance, Strength and SAQ Training. An 80-minute Consultation and Assessment will be scheduled prior to your first session.
